At Jugueté, every product is handcrafted with care. Many of our products are made-to-order or personalized, making each piece unique. Please read our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges on purchases as all our products are handcrafted and made to order.

However, if you receive:

* A damaged product
* An incorrect product
* A product with a manufacturing defect

please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To process your request, kindly provide:

* Your Order ID
* An unboxing video (mandatory)
* Clear photographs of the product
* Photographs of the original packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the product or provide store credit, depending on product availability.

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or exchange.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable on handmade, customized, or made-to-order products.

A refund will only be considered if:

* The product cannot be replaced due to unavailability after approval of a valid claim.
* The order is cancelled before production begins (see Cancellation Policy).

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that payment gateway or transaction charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started.

Once an order has entered production, has been personalized, or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

For eligible prepaid cancellations, a 4% payment processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

* Personalized or customized products
* Handmade felt toys
* Keychains
* Collectibles
* Gift sets and hampers
* Limited edition or seasonal collections
* Sale or clearance items
* Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
